The Basis of Our Agreement
By accessing AsianDataLogic.digital, you enter into a binding legal agreement with AsianDataLogic, based in Singapore. These terms govern your use of our proprietary data hub and the market intelligence services provided through this domain.
If you are accessing these services on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this framework, you must cease all use of our data logic tools and intelligence reports immediately.
Proprietary Rights & Data Logic
All content, including but not limited to the unique data logic methodologies, algorithms, interface designs, and synthesized intelligence reports, is the exclusive property of AsianDataLogic.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to view the information for internal business assessment purposes only. You may not:
- Reverse engineer any proprietary data processing logic or scraping tools.
- Redistribute market intelligence reports without written authorization.
- Use automated systems or "bots" to extract data from our hub.
Acceptable Use Policy
Integrity of Data
Users must provide accurate information when requesting access or contacting us. Any attempt to circumvent security measures or probe for vulnerabilities in our data infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will be reported to Singaporean authorities.
Commercial Usage
The insights provided are intended to support business decisions. They are not intended as financial or legal advice. Commercial reliance on the hub's data is at the user's own risk, and AsianDataLogic does not guarantee specific market outcomes.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
As-Is Implementation Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." AsianDataLogic disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data logic output or intelligence findings. Markets are dynamic; past performance captured in our data is not necessarily indicative of future results.
In no event shall AsianDataLogic or its directors in Singapore be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising from your use of or inability to use this website.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for accessing our digital intelligence services during the six months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of the performance or breach of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
